The students of Ascension School will:

·                    Recall addition and subtraction facts through 5

·                    Solve problems using computational skills

·                    Read, write and count through 100 in order

·                    Skip count by 2’s, 3’s, 5’s and 10’s

·                    Recognize and use ordinal numbers through 26

·                    Tell time to the hour and minute

·                    Identify triangles, circles and squares

·                    Find perimeter by inches and centimeters

·                    Estimate sums and differences

·                    Recall multiplication facts through 5 x 5

·                    Choose appropriate customary units of capacity or weight

·                    Recognize lines of symmetry

·                    Read, write and count and order numbers through 999

·                    Add 2 or more 1 or 2 digit numbers

·                    Make and interpret tally charts and bar graphs
