                    GOALS: 

The students of Ascension School will: 

·                    Create designs with overlapping shapes

·                    Combine elements of design

·                    Draw what is seen and develop 3-dimensional art

·                    Be able to recognize and name lines

·                    Recognize symmetry

·                    Utilize color and combinations of colors

·                    Fold and cut paper for designs

·                    Mix and identify warm and cool colors

·                    Identify different art media

·                    Experience making prints using brayers

·                    Realize the difference between prints and original art work
