Physical Education 

                    GOALS: 

The students of Ascension School will: 

·                    Jump individual rope in a variety of ways

·                    Throw objects accurately to others

·                    Understand principles of offense and defense in a variety of team sports

·                    Respect the rights of others in games

·                    Participate actively in group activities

·                    Exhibit body control in dynamic balance and simple gymnastic stunts

·                    Demonstrate sustained effort toward objective

·                    Perform simple rhythmic activities

·                    Perform physical fitness skills
