The students of Ascension School will: 

·                    Express awareness of God as teacher, prophet and Father

·                    Understand that Christ teaches through the Church

·                    Celebrate Christ’s presence and actions through the sacraments

·                    Understand the sacraments of initiation

·                    Appreciate that all people are made in the image and likeness of God and deserve respect and love

·                    Learn about Mary and the saints

·                    Celebrate the liturgical year

·                    Understand about the Old and New Testaments of the Bible

·                    Conduct prayer services and learn prayers

·                    Study and learn the mysteries of the rosary

·                    Learn about Marriage, Holy Orders, Sacrament of the Sick
