·                    Interpret and make various types of maps and graphs

·                    Classify information

·                    Locate and identify locational terms

·                    Define and discuss geographical terms

·                    Acknowledge and appreciate various cultures and religions

·                    Recognize the characteristics of democracy

·                    Understand the importance of land to a cuture

·                    Review the 50 states and their capitols
