Kindergarten Curriculum

Music 

The students of Ascension School will: 

·                    Be exposed to different styles of music 

·                    Learn music theory at the various grade levels 

·                    Develop good vocal techniques 

·                    Learn basic movement and dance in all grades 

·                    Be provided age appropriate liturgical music for all celebrations 

·                    Learn and rehearse music that encourage participation 

·                    Be prepared for participation in parish liturgies
